Indicatively, learning is about acquiring knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Development is the deepening of knowledge related to one's development goals.

Learning and development aim is to improve or change the behavior of individuals or groups for the better, to share knowledge and insight that allow them to cultivate attitudes that help them to perform better.
